I thought it was pretty obvious.  She drank listerine then proceeded to provide the BBBJ.  It's supposed to enhance the experience.  I've never had one performed on me, though, so I can't provide any first-hand data.

An ex gf of mine blew me with some mouthwash on one occasion, and with Altoids on another. I didn't care for either too much. I didn't dislike it either, I was simply indifferent to it.

Different ladies use different methods for delivering the cooling sensation when giving head. In the cases that I have had it, it has always been done bareback.

and second, the listerine provides antiseptic agents for her mouth. I feel that rinsing out the mouth, lips and round the lips with a good mouthwash before and after DATY or BBBJ is a wise thing to do.
