In this business we have, as we call then, Classic Time Waster. If you would like to become one, here is how to behave.

First send an email to introduce yourself.
You get a response from the provider, giving you her phone number, website, hours of availability...
You exchange emails a few more times, you ask for an appointment. The provider asks for references, where do you work, your age, and she asks you to call to make an appointment time.
You continue to send emails, each one explaining why you can't call today but will call tomorrow.
Giving you the benefit of doubt, she sets an appointment by email, you are supposed to call the next day, a few hours before the appointment for directions.
Hmm, no call, then a week later you send another email to the same provider, saying you have all your problems worked out and would like to make an appointment.
Newbies, by this point you are on the DNS (Do not See) list of this provider.
Even if you are new and have no references, some of us will take a chance and see you but you must not play games. We understand that you are nervous, but, by not following through you will get a reputation that you don't want to have in this hobby.
