You have enough reviews to qualify for limited VIP.  I don't know what is problem, suggest you contact admin.  Use the 'contact us' link at the top of the page.

Hey guys... I have a basic membership as a provider, and my mailbox all of a sudden says "vip only" and i can't click on my messages. Please email me. It was working last week... I've always had my account so I can see my own reviews and send mail, even though it's not a paid membership. Have the rules changed?

I cleared browser history, restarted my computer and relogged into TER. It was magically fixed. Maybe it will work for you?

Would you like to read my mail?  I've currently got 1400 messages in my inbox, and I empty it regularly.

I also had the same thing happen just this month. I logged on with my other computer and it was fine so I knew it was the browser retaining a bad setting. Do as Scoed said and you should be ok.
