...I'm don't think you can do that since you don't have the provider VIP. The paid VIP doesn't have that ability. He'll have to give you his handle for you to find him. You will only be able to read the general details of his reviews. The scores and the juicy details are not visible to non VIP members.
Hopefully a provider will chime in and correct me if I'm wrong.
As a courteous former resident of Cook County (and there were some who were not, especially around Wrigley Field) I "copy and paste" my review list into an email for a new lady. He may be a newbie (or a phony) telling you to do that.

May not find every review, but will likely reveal a few so you can read what he's into. Assuming that it's really him of course.
Were I in your shoes I'd pay to have one month of VIP and have him send TER Private Mail (PM) from his handle/email. Make him prove he owns the account. Just like if someone emails you directly and offers up a P411 account (if you're a member) then have him email you through their system to prove he owns that account.
Click on "reviews", then on the drop down menu that says "search" and finally on "search by reviewer". Enter his TER handle and you should find his reviews. If you had VIP you could have him PM you to be sure it's really him and he's not just telling you he's someone he's not. Since you don't have VIP you can ask him to post something specific on one of the TER boards and if it shows up you can be fairly certain it's really him.
That way you will have his TER Userid AND be sure it's him. I can easily say I'm xyz123 and you can't verify it unless you use TER to communicate with him
...on TER like White Listing clients. The free limited provider VIP does that and it's what puts the See My TER Reviews link by your handle every time you post on a TER board.
