Not sure how to link my reviews to my own ter account. I'm trying to help market myself and feel I am at a standstill. Help

Use the 'contact us' button at the bottom of any page and ask admin to link your reviews to your handle.  You can also ask for limited provider VIP so you can read the juicy details of your own reviews, but not those of others.  For that, you will have to pay.

Read the self help center.  It will tell you how to post ads.  You should also start posting on your regional board to guys can get a feel for your personality.
