Found a lovely provider here, one review, nice web site, lots of ads. The review is from someone with a lot of other reviews, looks legit, and she looks good to me. So I email her. She emails right back, polite, prompt and in proper English, suggests we should talk. I say great, but I have this little concern about your lack of a track record, I am sure we can work through this, but I will want you to tell me whatever you are comfortable sharing that will help me screen you, too.

She calls right on time, sweet on the phone, friendly and  organized, wants to start with my screening of her. I say no, you asked for the call, you go first and we talk through a few things. She says she is very new to this and pretty young, but has been doing sex work for about three years, just different stuff. Some iffy stuff in her conversation, sort of newbie errors, she really does very little to screen me, is giving me a hotel name for a date that is not confirmed and is a couple of days out, wants to confirm some details about the donation and how I am going to give it to her, and I am considering just hanging up. But she does sound nice, real earnest and sweet, and I decide to finish the call out of courtesy and hope.

To ease my mind, she then tells me about her other sex work - BDSM stuff mostly, including a film or two, and gives me her two (other) stage names. We go back and forth on a few other things, and I am pretty convinced by the end of the call that she is legit, just new as hell.

But I am going to search on those names and I do. Which takes me to her flckr page, her BDSM ad page, clips from one of her movies, comments she made on some forums, lots of stuff, this woman has one heck of a track record under these other names. But she has (properly) chosen not to bring the BDSM identity over to the GFE role, where she will only do some light fetishes, dominatrix, too, if you really want, but is mainly out there as GFE.

Now, I suppose she could have become a cop over the last year or so, or maybe the cops have borrowed her identity, but her cover seems like overkill and there is very little in her track record that actually would be illegal as far as I can see - BDSM is legal unless there is penetration, right?

So, talk me out of this guys, because I am good to go. And, no, I am not really a newbie, so maybe this does not belong here, but it is about screening and being cautious.

And new kids, DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME. Work up to it in a year or so. Repeat after me - I will only see well reviewed providers with at least 5 reviews from reviewers who each have done at least 5 reviews until I am comfortable enough to do something really stupid and screw up my entire life.
