Finally got a return call and made an appointment for the next day but got stood up. No "I sorry" call or anything. I won't try to hook up with that provider again, but is there such thing as a "no-show" review?

Unfortunately that shit is as common as the menstrual cycle around here. I guess if you want you could post something on your regional board about it. Until you get to know a couple of respectively reliable providers that you can count on it's good to have a "Plan B" and even a "Plan C" ready to activate. It is a constant source of amazement to me how God in his infinite wisdom blessed woman with a built in ATM to possibly subsidize for any job skill shortcomings and yet so many of them can't even operate that with any shred of efficiency.
