I would like to to up a pic along with my post and can not figure out how to do this.ahhhhh- frustrated.I do know how to put up a link to a pic but I have seen provider's post that have the actual pic beneath thier post.Can anyone give me detailed instructions on how to do this?I have looked everywhere I could possibly think to look to find an answer with no luck.

First the picture has to hosted on the web somewhere, like your own site.  All you then need to do is enter the full image location - like http://www.theeroticreview.com/images/image_home1.jpg - in the picture URL box.
