The easiest way to ask a client to review you is to simply ask. Perhaps after the session mention that you are new and, if he writes reviews, you would really appreciate if he could write one for you.
As for meeting other ladies in the business, you can as the first reply mentioned get on the provider's only board after getting a few reviews, but you don't have to wait for that.
Ladies post on your local boards. You can post and banter with them there just like clients do. If you really like her photos, website, ad, post etc. let her know, strike up a bit of a conversation there.
You can also, once you have been established, attend some meet & greets where you can talk with other ladies.
First, I don’t know how new you are to the business. Are you reviewed at all on TER? Do you have an updated web site with all pertinent information including some photos? (make sure your pricing is competitive in your region) Do you participate on your local regional discussion boards? (i.e. more than just simply once a week advertising) You have to let hobbyists know you are out there. Perhaps you may send a private message to a hobbyist whose comments you have enjoyed reading on the discussion boards. (if you do not have the ability to send PM's, you need to become a VIP member) Or you may target some hobbyists in your area who have a long review history. Your goal is to get hobbyists to notice you. There is nothing wrong in being aggressive (but NEVER be overly aggressive or invasive to a hobbyist or compromise his privacy and discretion...it’s a very fine line, I know). This is an extremely competitive hobby.
Once you have active hobbyists interested in seeing you (especially those with a history of writing reviews), I think you will have a much better chance of having these gentleman write a review on your behalf. I have had several ladies over the years ask me to review them. It’s okay to ask.
As far as meeting other ladies, just by posting your questions on this board you have taken an important first step. Also inquire on your regional board as well. If you have access, there is a provider only board. While there are ladies who are competitive and may not offer help, there are many wonderful ladies who will go over board to help get you started.

you read the Newbie Manual (see link at top of page) you will understand that you can post one ad per week on the regional board. My posting there, guys will get an understanding of your personality and your inner beauty
You may want advertise a special (say $50 off) for TER guys. After the session, ask them politely if they would be willing to write a review for you. You do NOT want to say "I'll give you $50 off if you write a review for me"; this is not ethical because it seems you are buying the review.
As for meeting other ladies, do a search under reviews or just read the local board to see who seems like a willing person to help you get started. Some ladies are willing to help and others are jealous of any new lady in town.
