I find this kind of stunning that they would do this. Fals advertising. Guess I am naive.

Just do the research. Get VIP, read the reviews, check the phone number, check out the pictures. Like I have said numerous times, you can look anywhere for a potential escort, but you got to follow up with the research. As you admit, you are new to the hobby, so stick to well-reviewed providers that have reviews done by established reviewers. Minimum of 6-10 reviews for her, and same number of reviews by the writers.
Tineye was the bomb when it first came out, but google image has surpassed it and is much better now. I have found many results in goolge, when tineye returned nothing on the same image search.
