Several mods have iPhones, myself included.  When I'm not at the computer, I often use my phone to approve posts.  Any site using flash will sit in the approval queue until I get to a real computer, which could be several hours later.  On a busy board, that means that your ad may first appear partway down the page.  If you create another non-flash site, please be certain that it's compliant with TER rules as well.  If I see the emblem and it links back, I don't care about anything else.  If it's high and prominent on the first page, your posts will be approved quicker.  I hope that saves you from wasting your weekly ad by it not getting approved quickly.
