Thought of it and maybe its a good or bad idea..  Like having a hobbyist to guide the newbies into the world of hobbying may seem like an idiot idea but hey who knows! It could be genius!

I don't discuss my escapades with anyone other than the ladies I see and the members of this board so I wouldn't be volunteering for the mentoring program...  

I'm sure others might be more open to the idea but personally I don't feel comfortable telling someone else what to do when it comes to the opposite sex...even when it's P4P. I sure as hell wouldn't want some newbie asking me for a play-by-play after a session.  The information contained in these forums is mostly solid. A mature adult should be able to read it and make his own decisions.

First the newbie would have to prove he was cool. My guess is there'd be a 25% acceptance rate at the most. Us cool experienced hobbyists are not going to want to hang out with the awkward ones. They'd ruin your form.

without garnering much enthusiasm, I am all for it if my protege is interested in paying for my session in return for my "wisdom"lol. I have to warn you however I try to see at least a hundred different ladies a year, so pack a thick wallet. lmao

Actually several. The guys who have already replied to your post are a good bunch to start with. Each of them has given me good advice, usually just in their responses on this board, and sometimes on the general and regional boards. Keep reading, and you'll find the ones with the most to share. I've been around a while, but still pay close attention to a few guys for whom I have a great deal of respect.

The folks posting above are all reliable, and full of good advice.

For mentoring, are you thinking that I should WATCH your session, then show you how it is done on your dime?

I'm game. But I think you'd have more fun having a 2nd provider watch, then join in.
