Or am I making a mountain out of a molehill?

I get discouraged when a place is hard to find. I have said the hell with more than once because the place was hard to find. I let the provider know as well I'm not like that but shit if have a hard time finding the place with gps then it ain't so cool.

Most of the respectable prostitutes will get a room at a business class hotel like a Holiday Inn Express, Courtyard by Marriott or nicer.  It doesn't matter if its a double bed or suite when you are together.

when you check in. I carry my laptop in its case and have never had a problem. Hotel clerks deal with more than a few people every day. You're not going to stand out unless you say womething like, "Gonna have me some sex with an escort."

If you are going to check in, you should have at least an overnight bag with the necessities in it.

Sometimes I have my luggage with me when I check in, other times I bring it in later. I dare a hotel employee to question me about it. If you act as if you belong noone will ever question you. If a hotel employee ever dared to interrogate me over my baggage or lack thereof I guarantee you it would be his last day on the job.

When I travel for work on legitimate purposes I regularly check in without my luggage.  My car is parked out front and I check in.  After I get the room key, I park my car and go to the room.  I doubt hotel employees bat an eye on someone without luggage.

If someone drives a car (one they own or are renting) to their hotel in Manhattan, either a valet will take it from them or they'll drive to the hotel's garage, then check in.
