END OF MESSAGE

Hoping someone can help here as I've read over the self help center and couldn't find a direct answer.  I recently met with a young woman who was advertising on the personal boards of a site in Cleveland.  She was definitely in my opinion a non pro but seems like she might be headed that way.

I'm trying to do my due diligence here and not sure if I should/am allowed to post a review or if I should hold off and see if she ever does go pro and then post a review?

She does have an ad online (although not in an "escort" category) and an email address that she makes public.

Any advice would be appreciated.

TER review rules say the lady has to have an internet ad, with her name and a means of contact such as a phone number, pager, or email address. You already said she has an ad and an email contact. You didn't mention if she had her name in her ad. If she does not, then you can't review her. If she does, then you should be able to review her. (unless the ad site is one of TER's competitors, which they won't allow).

Something to think about though: Does she want reviews? Is she trying to stay low key or semi UTR on purpose? Is she avoiding advertising on escort sites on purpose? Or is she just unaware of them? Do you want to write a review because you had shitty service and you want to warn others? Or do you want to write it because you had great service and want to help her get more clients? If it is the former (bad review) I would say write it. If it's the latter (good review) I would ask if she wants one. Now it's up to you if you want to write it or not, then it's up to TER if they accept the ad site as legit.

One last thing: Are you sure she is not advertising on an escort mall also? I have seen many ladies who advertise as escorts, also on sugar daddy sites, dating sites, AFF, etc. you never said what type of "nontraditional" site you found her on, but just because you found her on a "nontraditional" site, does not mean she is not also on a "traditional" site. :)

and by definition, is she is taking pay for play, she's a pro, whether she cares to admit it to herself or not.

So, I'd take the advice given and write a review based on that criteria.
