I have a foot fetish that my wife isn't really into. I am considering seeing a provider to fulfill my fetish. I have been in contact with a provider who seems to be very accommodating. I would say NO.  In truth, you need to define what "cheating is" to you.   Rubbing, licking, worshipping and kissing a lady's feet.  It would be pretty hard to say that is cheating even if you finish by self-finish.   Rubbing your penis on her foot and getting off.. that's a gray area as technically there was psuedo sexual contact, similar to a HJ and only you can decide if it is or is not cheating.

I am sure the guys here who are seasoned hobbyists will have their own opinion.
