1) You're in college/as an undergrad or grad student but you have hobby money, so that implies you can afford to join P411 If so, join P411. If she is on P411 send her an a Pre-Screen request and that will verify you to her.
2) If she's not part of P411, then follow London's suggestion.
3) If #1 and #2 can't work move on, because there are many other possibilities for you, and if she refuses after those efforts, persisting is unlikely to change her mind, and will only further frustrate you.
