I have done business with a small local agency before. The booking agent is responsive and accomidating. Her girls are well reviewed and good at what they do. And now there is a girl who is new to the agency who looks like a million bucks and I want to see her. However, she is new to the business and as such has no reviews.

As Earnest said, the risk of LE is much lower (virtually nil) with a new lady through an agency.
Whether you will have a good time or not is your risk. However, a reliable agency should have minimal standards, so you shouldn't get ripped off. May not have a "great" time, but it should be at least "ok".
Many times Agencies discount new ladies because guys are hesitant to see a new lady. You might find a jewel at a great value.

I have taken the plunge a couple of times with mixed results. Wait a couple of weeks. Not every guy writes reviews so it's quite possible that you may not see any on her right away. If the lady is making customers happy she will still be around in a week or two. If she is not the agency will stop representing her. Some ladies get into this business not really knowing what to expect. If she is brand new to the biz it's best to give it some time and let figure out if escorting is right for her. Again, if she has a problem doing the job she will be gone pretty quickly.
