One problem with those is that they can bring unwanted scrutiny, unless the room the visit in is yours. I generally tip cash.

As pointed out, spend some time reading the information provided on this site, doing so will save you big trouble.

If I'm going to see a provider for more than an hour, I'll usually have a bottle of champagne or wine for us to enjoy as we relax between escapades.  If it's an outcall, I'll bring the bottle from home and get a few wine glasses from the hotel bar.  If it's an incall, I'll ask the lady in advance if it's okay if I bring a bottle of wine, and, if so, if she can have a corkscrew and a few glasses ready.  I usually use a small tote bag to carry the bottle of wine, along with a box of my preferred condoms and maybe a bottle of water.

It's very important that any bottles you bring to share with her are unopened, and you should offer to allow her to open the bottle.  This is to make her feel comfortable about not getting drugged.  The same goes for the condoms--if you have a preferred brand, bring a new, unsealed box.  Use as many as you need during the session and let her keep the rest.  She'll appreciate it.

In all seriousness, being clean and respectful is the best gift you can give a provider. Bringing a well-thought out gift will make the lady remember you, and sets a positive tone for your date. I love getting gift cards to Victoria's Secret because I buy new lingerie all the time. My second favorite gift is an unopened bottle of wine to share. Look at the provider's gift page because some have allergies, and you want to make sure she can share a few glasses with you. Also, have a few bottles of water on hand. Some ladies, like myself don't drink tap.
