I haven't been a hobbyist for 20 years. BBFS was never really an option back then, but seems to be prevalent now. I was curious how many have taken the BBFS option, how many years and how many times? Has anyone caught anything from doing BBFS?

There is a subset of Korean gals known for great looks and service at very reasonable rates and these are known as K-girls. Getting initiated into this cult, if you will, is not a slam-dunk, however.
There is a whole board devoted to K-girls on TER, so if you want to pursue the topic further, I'd suggest spending some time on that board and you'll see what I mean.

Well she does offer service to couples so perhaps some of the guys wanting three-way sessions might consider branching out to a two girls and two ethnicities as well. That might get her looking at the board.
Actually not the case in DMV and we do get a number of girls from Phili, NYC and even LV and the LA scene.

Has anyone caught anything from BBFS? The answer is No. No one has ever caught anything from BBFS. STDs are a hoax just like COVID-19, AIDS, influenza and the common cold. The earth is flat too.
...and don't plan on doing it again lol. Both times I was pretty worried afterwards about possibly catching something - and about the possibility of knocking her up during the second time it happened since she was begging me to cum inside her, assuring me it was safe. I managed to keep from doing that but I sure don't want to take the risk. Almost all providers I've seen are very careful about using protection but those two times we were really getting into it and caution got thrown to the wind. Thankfully I've tested negative after both of those encounters but I don't need that kind of extra stress lol.
I did it twice with same indy provider when I first started hobbying. It was a lot of fun, so much I'd bring refreshments and book for hours, the delightful experience forever ingrained in my memory. But after she retired, and me reading how risky it is, never again.

I'll admit that I have done it a few times in legal brothels and FKKs in Germany and Austria. Yes, I understand the risks but am willing to occasionally accept them in countries with legal prostitution and mandatory health checks.
I have a regular provider I see twice a week since November. Every time has been bbfs. I love it. She gets tested every 2 weeks and is also fixed so no chance of getting pregnant.
It’s a regular pharmacy in my medicine cabinet.

I have to say, BBFS on the surface is very tempting, but I haven't done it for obvious reasons. When you think about a high volume provider that gets creampied 5 or 10 times a day, that's a lot of dudes putting their fluids in her. Given the stats on the prevalence of STDs, especially HPV and herpes, seems unlikely that such a provider would NOT have one of those.
Condoms offer limited protection against herpes and you can get a vaccine for hpv. Those shouldn’t be your first worry.
Just had a provider come right out and tell me she’s on PREP. That told me she has a false sense of security with that, isn’t thinking about the other STDs, and probably barebacks all the time.
