In the past I used this site and signed up for vip with cc bill.  My credit union saw that the transaction was from malta or something and suspended my credit card, was a real pain.  Do they still charge from overseas, or does anyone know an easy way around this?  Thank you

Mine (BofA) sends a text to my phone about any suspicious transactions, and lets me respond with a "yay" or "nay", resolving any issues within seconds.
