What exactly is it that makes one different than the other?

A true HME is more warm, caring, affectionate and has a tender passion, although it can be wild too. Basically more like real lovemaking. You should walk away thinking.. "Wow ,what the hell was that about.." They are far and few in between but when you meet one you'll know the difference. Be careful, she may spoil you and you might not want to see anyone else. It takes awhile to adjust As always YMMV.

From that definition, I think I've already had one.
