At first it meant not SW service, but like being with a real girlfriend which would connote RELAXED, non rushed, sensual, and not mechanical. GFE is an attitude and atmosphere not a list of activities. I expect bbbj and fs and I check reviews and profiles to be sure that is offered. In a GFE session I expect to be able to stay for the full time whether I finish in the first 10 minutes or 10 minutes before the time is up. I expect to kiss and kiss a lot. LFK definitely, DFK at least some as I would expect a girlfriend to do that.
