Generally, it means that you should expect a level of affection that you would get from a girlfriend.
This can mean a thousand different things. I've had girlfriends who didn't allow licking or a variety of other things. I expect kissing with a GFE, but that's not always the case either. What girlfriend wouldn't kiss you??? On the other hand, I've had experiences with providers who were so passionate, apart from the kissing, that I have to consider them GFE. The interesting thing to me is The Passion Factor can hit anyone anytime single, married, ,provider, hobbiest ect... to the point where a person might risk everything.The bottom line is that we need a lot more passion. Oh..and there are Passionate Providers and NOT Passionate Providers. As well as, the trolls, fatbastards, nerds, who may not be sure wat to do .

GFE has never been all that useful an expression because every GF is different, and some are worse than wives at passionate encounters. Besides, far too many GF's are looking to become W's so they can torture you with WE's, such as snoring during daty, or doing their nails and reading Cosmo during doggie. Notice that GFE is so useless that TER does not even list it in the extensive profile, which has a lot of material many of us never utilize ever, yet says nothing about the tuna factor, which could paralyze you from the waist down. A "TE" is a Tuna Experience, although a "SSE" Spoiled Salmon Experience is even more toxic.
