The best thing for you to do is to post an ad on your area's discussion board.  Check out other girls' ad's and follow a similar format.  Hopefully, you have an ad online already b/c you will need to link it to your post on the board.

You might also consider offering a discount to the gentleman that agrees to write your first review... or TOFTT.

What you can do is, (at the end of the session) mention to the gentleman that you are a new member on TER, and to feel free to write a review. I think you can also offer a discount to TER members in your ad, as long as you don't stipulate that it is in exchange for a review.

Hungry – I think this may vary regionally. I know I once suggested a discount for reviews approach to someone on the DC board. She checked it out with the mod and then proceeded. So the best advice, is check out such a policy with your local board to make sure you don't get in trouble.

Newbie - the most important thing is your Web presence. There are obviously a lot of different approaches from the modest to the elaborate. Remember, you need to position yourself.
