I'm tring to get into the business but I'm hitting brick wall after brick wall....no one will talk to me.  Can some one help me get start in the business.  I was an escort in 95 but stopped because I joined the military.  Need some guidance on what to do and how to get people to trust me?

If you have encountered three or four major rejections, then find another occupation. Forget about escorting.
People are trying to tell you something.
There are other careers, and escorts always need to find a future in some other sphere.

Simple economics - if no hits, drop your price until you can establish your client base.  Give good customer service - be nice to the callers, don't watch the clock and give out lots of extras (eg multiple pops).  Good luck.
