DC is back!  DC is back!

For the new folks in the room, DC was our moderator before me, and has agreed to return to help take care of the friendliest corner of TER.  I'm thrilled to have him back, and it's my hope that you'll agree.

OK, it wasn't that long ago, but I just felt like saying that.

Hmmm, familiar with the term, but I forget what it means.  Maybe now I'll have the time.
