getting arrested

Hi All:

How do LE arrests at incall locations usually happen?

I only visit providers that are well reviewed and who offer incalls&outcalls at hotels.  However, I'm extremely paranoid about LE watching the room and getting busted.

Do you know of any instances where LE busted open the door when a provider/hobbyist were right in the middle of the act and arrested them both?

At hotels, the walls are usually thin.   I presume that people who are in neighboring rooms could call LE if they hear constant sex all night in the room next door.  How do providers control for this?
Also, have any providers been tailed by LE to an outcall location?

Thanks,

All of these things are possible though not very probable.  LE busting in on you having sex proves nothing since they can't prove that money changed hands.  Tailing a provider is always possible but it's much more cost effective for them to set up a sting and bust several people than it is for them to go after one.  That being said, every municipality is different and you never know when a police department will get a hard-on to try and "clean up the town".

So you just never know...

Sticking with well-reviewed and discreet providers is the most secure way to hobby.  Relax but be wary of ladies who appear to draw attention to themselves.

It's nice that people always come back with some useful feedback on here. If you stick to this site you shouldn't go far wrong. I've been on here for 2 weeks and I move to the US soon but if it hadn't been for the advice people have given me on here I wouldn't have known anything about screening etc and it's just as important for the gents to do it as it is for the ladies. Im now registered on here and P411 so im much happier about moving to the US and joining in with the hobby now that im more clued up. Thanks so much for google or i would never have stumbled across this site and all the helpful hints it's passed my way. Things are far more organised over where you gents are than here in the UK and it seems far safer as long as you stick to the screening rules LOL.

Take care stop worrying and have fun

Casey xx

from everything I've read (which isn't enough make me any expert). Breaking down doors to catch the two (or more) of you in the act is more than cops will go through for a misdemeanor arrest. They can achieve the same result more easily and with less risk with stings or from pressuring johns to confess after the deed and to snitch on the provider or vice versa. The good news for us is that the 5th Amendment goes a long way to protecting us if we keep are cool and STFU about what happened behind closed doors.

Like BostonGuy says, this can vary by jurisdiction, so it's wise to keep aware of the local practices and trends. Also, these questions have been discussed in depth on the Legal Corner board. Search and browse the discussions there to gain a better understanding of some of these questions that make you nervous.

Hello, Casey. I am a new Indy in Altanta and have had a little bit of a struggle due to the fact that I have ONE review and am not listed on any major screening site (DateCheck, P411, RS200-all of which require you to have 4+ reviews to get listed). How did you get approved through P411 when you're a newbie? I thought I read on their site that you have to have a certain amount of reviews form "established" reviewers. This was about a month ago that I checked it out. Please let me know!

....and catching two people "in the act" proves nothing.  Just two people having sex.  Even if the lady has a purse full of cash, they don't know (and can't prove) that it came from the guy currently getting down and dirty with her.

As far as hotel neighbors overhearing things -- I am not a lawyer, but I'm nearly certain that cops would need a warrant to break down a hotel door.  And I seriously doubt that a judge would give a warrant on the basis of "the neighbors have heard a lot of f**king going on."

In most cities, the vast majority of prostitution busts happen with streetwalkers, with massage parlors (especially Asian ones) a close second.  I think that well-reviewed, trustworthy independents carry very little risk.
