No, it's not. She is not going to show you her ID and risk compromising her anonymity and security. If a girl looks so young that you are worried about this I would suggest you simply pass on her.
I disagree...I have asked to see provider ID twice and they consented happily both times. It's actually pretty easy, one held it with a thumb over the name/address so I could still see the picture and DOB and the other just handed it to me.
