I already seen the provider so is it okay if I just come out and ask because I already had an appointment so she knows I am not LE?  I don’t want to be rude but I do want certain things and would pay more.

First of all, what "additional services" are you interested in?
What did you do not do on your first visit that you would like to do on your next visit?

If you must ask, it is probably better to ask her if she has any "rules" or "limitations" rather than asking about additional services.

Ideally, you should be seeing providers with enough reviews for you to get an idea of what is offered and what is not.

it should be ok to ask her. It is not the same as asking a new lady that you never met yet.

Ask her:  "I'd like to discuss some specific activies that we might do together next time.  Is it OK to discuss those via phone or email with you?"

Since you have seen her, she might be OK, but some gals are very strict and will say no, you must wait until your are BCD.

Also, have you read all her reviews to know whether she has already done the things you have in mind?

should be on her profile or possibly on her website.  If there is something you're not sure of, I would follow the previous advice and ask if she has any limitations before asking about specifics.
