I see some ladies in the general area that post often,but I never see any reviews on them,they all look good in the pics

It's generally not a very good idea.

Two things you can do to learn more:

1.  Post on your regional board if anyone knows them or has seen them.

2.  Do a check of their photos using Tineye or Google and see the photos are stolen.

no reviews is not good.  However, if the providers are frequent posters, chances are they are ok.  Many providers, for privacy reasons usually, do not want reviews.  That does make it hard on us sometimes.  I'd check to see if they are on any of the verification sites, that is usually a good sign.

Since you are no yet eligible for the reviewers only board, you might ask someone in your area if they know anyone who has seen any of these providers.  Do that by PM, not an open request, the ladies might not like it done out in the open.  Bottom line, do as much research as possible, before making an appt.

I run into this often......I have seen many TER gents....however, I also know what a problem it can be for a  busy professional to take the time to write a review AND have it accepted. So I take a neutral stance on reviews - if you want to write one fine and if you don't fine. I realize the reviews are a marketing tool as well as a way for the gentleman to see what they are getting into.

HOWEVER, with that being said, I will always offer to check with prior gents to see if they would be willing to receive a PM from another TER member to verify my services, attitude, etc when in doubt. I don't ever want to put someone in a position where they don't know what to expect, feel i'm hiding something or come in very nervous about TOFTT. I just want my session to be a visit without the emphasis on the numbers.

have chosen to NOT link their profile with their Reviews if they have them.  In order to use the PM system, they would have to buy VIP.  Their choice.  
I would PM the lady & ask if they have reviews somewhere.  

Agree if the are a frequent poster they are probably ok from a LE stand point but there is so much more to research I want before making a date.
