Hi all,
When a provider says to book through her assistant, does that suggest that she works for an agency? Or do independent ladies also employ assistants?

Thanks

Many Independent ladies use an assisant when they have busy full lives and others feel more secure doing their own leg work. It doesn't mean she works with an agency.

I'm independent and I just hired an assistant. Let me tell you: she is making my life a billion times easier. :)

to handle setting up her appts.  There are various reasons for having an asst, just her preference.  Does not mean she works for an agency.

Assistants make our lives so much easier specially in my case, where I am a provider part time and a grad student full time...I couldn't be thankful enough for Judy and her professionalism and efficiency.

However, "The Assistants" are in fact a very large, not very careful, agency. Tread lightly if you get an email back signing off that way.

Yes, Judy was a wonder to deal with!  Palomam is a fabulous lady.  What a combination.
