it's just not cool having to walk past other people. I've heard of one agency which has a common building with multiple entrances... like separate apartments...
An agency in NYC went under for having an incall with many girls working out of it so I think is not always the best idea... The things I keep on my incall location: iPad with good smooth music (spotify is great) Plenty of towels (hand towels, large towels, wash clothes) A neutral shower gel (nothing that smells feminine) Neutral shampoo Mouthwash with small cups (I have a dispenser) Plenty of water and soft drinks (still water, sparkling) Varied kinds of wine on my wine cooler (white, red, rose) along with glasses and wine opener.. Clean sheets and candles
Setting up an incall is not that complicated but the main concern here is the safety of your clients and the ladies working for you, neighbors talk when they see abnormal traffic reason why hotels are typically ideal unless you are a extremely low volume agency.
