i saw this provider said she is providing french car lessons for 75 but it doesnt state whether its covered or not, if she doesnt mention covered or not is it usually going to be covered?

If so, that should answer it, or her profile; however, should she be unreviewed (risky, but a topic for a different discussion) you may properly ask her whether or not her French lessons are translated or untranslated and see what she says.  (translated = CBJ, untranslated = BBBJ)
