There are a number of free website templates available, sorry I don't recall any of the names.  You might try doing a google search for free websites, and go from there.

You can place a free ad here once every 7 days, the guidelines for that are in the self help center.  In many areas, backpage is popular, and inexpensive.  There are others, and you could join one or more of the verification sites as well.
