I have made a suggestion to staff via the Suggestion and policy board, to have the newbie board unmoderated for all - not sure if technically it can be accomplished, but at least had to try.
You got it. Its called being moderated. Once you have proven yourself to post within TER guidlines, you will probably be taken off of moderation. Keep posting here, and your regional board, and once your handle is known the moderators will take you off and your posts go up as soon as you type them.
