less than 48 hours away, you might want to move on.  You need to give ladies time to screen you.

I believe that providers will not take you as seriously if you do not give her a date and time, or a few she can choose from. Plus you have given her the opportunity to try to schedule other dates around your visit, so she may be looking at or working on that.

But mostly she may have doubts about how serious you are, and if you are serious, it will be a couple of more emails to negotiate a time, whereas if you put a time, or times, out there, along with all the other info she requires, she can just pick the right time and you are in business.

Providers have a lot of inquiries and communications to deal with, if they are good and busy, so you need to make your inquiry easy to handle and a high priority to maximize your chances of a quick, positive, reply.

Once you have seen her, it changes a little, but this can be important for the first visit - flexibility can be more difficult, and may signal a lack of seriousness, an interest in engaging her in a conversation, not giving her business. She wants guys who will see her ASAP, be easy to screen and require as little interaction as possible prior to getting together in order to be successful, as opposed to the dreaded "time wasters," at least that is what I hear.

Or she could just be flaky.
