One definition of fluffer is a person who is hired to be on the set of a porno movie whose responsibility it is to arouse the male performers before their scene. (Not a job  I would want. lol)

The definition of a "fluffer" was correctly given by the first guy.  And unless you were working in gay porn, I doubt anyone would hire you, as these jobs tend to go to wannabe or washed-up porn starlets.

These days the guys, or the actresses already booked for the shoot, are expected to keep things "ready" during downtime. The days of the fluffer are long gone.
