Hired a provider and have a few questions. Did it through an agency so understand their fee. I also understand that "tipping" will be necessary to enjoy the full benefits of the provider. Will/should this be discussed on her arrival? Will she bring up or should I? I have specific requirements that from the reviews indicate she provides. I assume that money will make the most difference in what she's willing to do with maybe comfort level also having an affect. I assume the less discussions and questions about specifics, the better but how do I make her understand what I want.
I also wonder what is appropriate amount? I want the full services available.
Also, do they normally come with someone initially for protection? I need a discreet entrance to my place, a quick entry.

Using an upselling agency is not how you want to remember your first hobbying experience. She could upcharge you anywhere from fifty bucks to a thousand, without any reviews you have no way to determine what she will expect.
I would say run, don't walk away from this one. Go back to the drawing board, start checking reviews in your area for the type of girl that you are interested and choose one with at at least a page of reviews, mainly from established hobbyists.
The only way I could endorse your seeing a lady from the agency you describe is if you can find some recent, postivie reviews on the agency that reflect that actual amount paid. I would suggest that you start by doing a check of reviews under the phone number of the agency. This will require VIP membership, the twenty bucks is well worth it.
The more I read the two reviews this girl had the more I thought it was contrived and possibly posted by her to get max dollar out of it. In search of other possibilities.
Good call. I have found teaser rates... below prevailing area rates are always for something less either time or service. You should know the rate going in... that way you just deposit the correct donation as directed & never talk business. You both know why you're there, what is there to talk about?
As a newbie, you should especially start with a well reviewed lady so you know going in what to expect. You do need VIP to read the full reviews, but the cost is far less than even one upsell, spoiled date or wasted opportunity. skb
Actually, an agency or independant should not matter to you... you pay a fixed rate. Or SHOULD only pay a fixed rate. Rate changing is known as "upselling" and is not considered reputable. Few ladies offer a la carte.
You should not be expected to tip.
In general, ecsorts come alone, which is why they generally go to lengths to screen clients.

Only upsell/bait and switch/cash and dash agencies pull that "the more you pay me, the more fun we will have" crap. I represent an agency and we only do flat hourly rates. Tipping should never be required. We do get frustrated, however, when people call us, hear the flat rate and then say "Geez that's way more expensive than Agency X who quoted me $140, so I think I'll go with them." We know that guy is about to pay waaay more, usually for waaaay less. In general, I would say whn using an agency, if they quote you any less than $300, they are probably going to upsell you. Of course, I am only familiar with the market in my area of the country, so I guess that could vary.
