Carly, as of today you don't have any reviews and thus no TER ID, but there could be a pending review in the process. It may take a couple of days or more when getting your first review approved or in some cases TER waits for a second review before approving the first.

Well after doing some research, I found that your email address and phone number are already listed for two different providers on TER. Have you gone by a different name before?
