If the first, then you want to write to TER Administration with your provider ID number that is on you profile page.  Tell them you want to have that profile linked to you every time you post.  You'll get limited VIP when you do that which will give you PM privileges and allow you to read your own reviews.

If the latter, go to the Review section and click on "search reviews" then enter a datum like your email address or phone number in the appropriate box and hit "search".  If you have a profile, it should come up.

Email TER @ [email protected] from the email address that is on your profile, and ask them
To link your profile  (id #257908 ) to your username. Once it is linked you will have the free provider Limited VIZp as mrf said. You will be able to read your own reviews, and use the PM system. Also everytime you post to a discussion board a direct link to your reviews will appear under your username.

Once you get the link done you should also update your profile. Providers can't create their own profile on TER. That is done by the first reviewer, but you can correct the profile once it is created. (First reviewer may have gotten some things wrong or left a lot of "don't knows." You can do that by hitting the "report a problem" button directly from your profile, OR by using the Contact us button on the bottom of the page, OR by email.
