Thanks everyone for the great responses. The agency owner says that she
screens all of the clients prior to their arrival to me. She says I have to
further screen them though. My question is how will I go about doing that. She told me something but i'm not sure how well her plan will work.

Okay so i'm brand new to the industry.
I think I found a good agency here in my state how long should I expect her to work me per day. I have no money for my hair or any clothes at the moment. She says that the agency pays for all of thar. Also what should I expect during my first call. I just quit my job so that I can do this full time.

work you all day long.  Expect a lot of clients every day with not much time in between.  Hopefully, they will help you with the in-between prep stuff, but not likely.  Don't stay with them too long, just long enough to get your identity known.

Good luck,
Swim

Different agencies have different philosophies.

I have seen some agencies operate, for lack of a better word, like meat factories. I have heard horror stories from girls who had to fuck 8-10 or sometimes more guys per day. Granted they only worked 3-4 days when they were were flown in by their pimp/madam, but still that's a lot  That's still 2-3 dozen guys in matter of 3-4 days.

Then there are very small subset of agencies which will have, may be 1 or 2 clients a day per lady or sometimes not even that.

We don't know your situation and how much you are OK with working. The best person to answer the question would be the agency owner that you would be working for. But majority of the agencies are high volume, as they themselves want to make a ton of money in smallest amount of time.  So don't be too surprised if you are asked to see at least 4-5 guys a day.

Its possible that the agency may pay for your hair, makeup, and clothes, but expect them to recoup the money by taking the larger cut out of whatever you make.

Does the agency you are planning to work for have reviews? If yes, you should find them using the SEARCH feature on TER and read them. This should give you some idea as to what to expect and help you get acclimated with some of the acronyms used in the business.

Also go to link on the top right and read the SELF HELP section. Hobbyist or Provider, everyone should read that period. There is some great help there.

I remember that day as if it was yesterday... I was scared to death...!!!! Luckily... the owner of the agency I worked for many years ago was such a nice person, he calmed me down and explained me step by step what do to (Bring supply kit, Check ID, collect, count in the bathroom, call the agency to check in, talk for a bit to get comfortable, and let things flow, call the agency back). Not everyone is as lucky as I was and obviously my date was the nicest guy in the planet.. he made me feel really comfortable so time just flew by... My advice to you, ask the owners to explain you step by step safety measures, screening procedures etc.. This operates like a real job, every organization should have policies and procedures in place to maintain order, harmony and safety. If they don't give you a "first day orientation" I would be very hesitant about them. Ask to speak to other ladies, read reviews, ask about schedule hours, location of their incalls etc.. I think is a bit premature that you quit your job to dedicate yourself full time to do this. You will realize that is not as easy as many people think and in order to excel you need to develop certain traits that will make you stand out ( they have nothing to do with hair, makeup, wardrobe etc). It is the essence of understanding men needs and wants as well as having empathy, good conversation and a positive outlook in life as well as developing obviously, other skills.
Good luck to you, and please don't hesitate to ask as many questions as you need to :)

Wish I had heard/read those words when I first started. Such good advice!

The only thing I would add is learn what you need to know and save, save, save then go independent. Just make sure you are ready.  Idk where you are but there are very few "good" agencies ... Hope you found one of them.

That transitioning from agency to independent is not that easy either, yes probably you will have reviews and a name by then but the agencies do a lot more than finding you clients, they advertise for you and hopefully screen proficiently. I would say yes, save as much as possible, build your business but also find a mentor to teach you the ropes about being independent. Of course the financial rewards are much higher but also all the liability falls in your lap reason why, preparing yourself to tackle all the angles (marketing, advertising, screening, etc) is so important and basic to succeed. While I was working for the agency, I would constantly read boards and educate myself on this so, whenever I felt it was the right time, I already had the substantial knowledge in place. Most companions fail to address the importance of information and having someone as a mentor or event the option of having a responsible assistant to screen for you. Knowledge is power and in this case it could mean being safe or in jail.

Then stick with them longer and get established etc ... But if they are not and they just use her and don't screen well etc then she is better on her own. Getting a mentor would be better in this situation.

you can find another provider in your area to serve as a mentor for you. Successful ladies know how to structure a date so that the date ends on time. Guys, especially if they know you are new, may try to stay longer than the hour. Learn how to manage your time so that the guys leave on time. With an agency, you will need time to get ready for the next guy.

Do not compromise your employment by giving any clients your cell number so they can see you without the agency knowing. Sooner or later, you will be found out and unemployed again.

Good luck to you.

Giving client's your personal phone, it is a really bad idea and can leave you unemployed or even dead ( keep in mind that at least the agency checks with you within the hour to make sure you are safe, and in good shape, something that will never happen if nobody knows where you are and with whom). Tons of girls haven't been able to get employed again because words get around, practice good work ethics and you should be fine :)

& are OK if they want to go Indie.  Some do both.  Or use agencies out of town.  Other agencies are just nasty is a gal tries to go on her own.  As was said, some agencies work you too hard.  "Own" your pictures.  Don't screen well enough.  I don't know how to know how an agency is.
You are wise to learn all you can...   This is a good place to learn.  There are other threads here with good information.
I'm sorry you quit your job first...  unless you just had to get out.  Being full time, leaves you few options.  I know gals who just work part time...   but their day job is just not enough without providing.
Be smart.  Save your money.  Learn all you can.  Plan for a life beyond providing.  I know of several gals who worked their way through school or grad school (in one case Law School!)...  & graduated with no student loans.  Or you can blow all your money & have no education & have nothing to show for it.
I sincerely wish you well.
