Just wanted to post a huge thanks to TER and its active members.  Your advice is invaluable.  I've been reading the discussion boards for a long while, and I took a chance with an out-of-town agency, while on a short trip to Napa, whose providers have received favorable TER reviews.  I was nervous of course, but had a great, relaxing and memorable time.  I didn't care who the agency selected for me as I spent the day visiting wineries in Napa, had a late flight out of SFO and I thought, what the hell, at least I'd get a shower before my redeye.  The providers who were reviewed had consistent marks.  Provider was gorgeous (a little too much makeup though), but I don't recall her name so I won't prepare a review.  Beats paying for a hotel room to clean up before a flight.
