First delete then white list again

The provider has to first delete the original white list then go back and white list the client the same way she did the first time.  I believe she can access her referrals in order to delete the original. Providers that have connected their profile to their handle have a My Referrals link. It's the same as the mongers My Referrals link. It shows who they have white listed.

This is how it worked back then. I assume it still works that way.   I placed a link to the White List FAQ's below.

I've searched everywhere, and can't see how that is done? Any help appreciated!

Here is the link to how to White List a client. It's in the TER Instruction Manual. (First post top of page) That link is in the Some Info For Providers heading once you open the instruction manual then scroll down to the White List heading.

Note you will need to know the client's TER handle or the email address he used to register on TER.

OMG! I spent HOURS trying to find it...thank you so much! Years on this board and that's the first time anyone had asked! :) Thank you so much!!!

Still, that’s no reason to feel stupid. Things can be hard to find on TER, and you just never saw the previous posts where this question was answered. That’s what the newbie board is for, and that’s why there’s folks like xyz around to help. 😊

With TER being blocked in The US for about two years how does a provider update a Whitelist for repeat clients?

how do i get ON that white list... ;)

Hi 60hrwk,

The providers you see "put you on the list". They have to be members of TER and they have to have the free limited providers VIP membership in order to do so. Once you have seen a provider who meets these criteria you can ask her to white list you on TER.

If she has questions refer her to this discussion. I recommend you read the Instruction Manuel too if you haven't already. Read the things intended for providers too. It helps to know these things.

You can look for your White List (aka My Referrals) by clicking on My TER in the dark bar at the very top of the page. Then look to the list of links on far left and click My Referrals. If you have been white listed it will show up there. It will show the name of the provider that white listed you, the date she did it, and the date she joined TER.
