That's what this place is for. It doesn't matter where a gal decides to advertise to me. All I want to know is she hot, is she not LE and does her menu options match my needs/wants. If she checks out here on TER, the fact she advertises on BP is meaningless.

Agencies can be easier to book with and have more open times/choice of girls, but in general, come with more risk, LE wise, than a well reviewed Indy girl, imo.  

Many agencies, although not all, tend to over book their girls and can be worn out by the time you see them.

Pluses and minuses to both, you have to make the ulitmate call, but do some more research on this board as this topic comes up frequently.

They will work with you to verify you, and providers on that site can indicate if they are newbie friendly.  Also suggest you read the self help center on this site for more pointers.  You can ask questions on this forum.  We will try to help you out.

I started out with an agency and am very glad I did as it offered me a variety of girls with only having to go through verification once. On top of that I can now simply send a text and set up a date with any of 7-8 girls and if the one I want isn't available another option will be presented saving me time of finding another date. However, it has not helped me obtain a date with an independent girl without having to give all of my information out again.
