Look for reviews using the area code of the city that you are interested in.

Look at the "other cities" in the Regional Board discussion group.

... to an area or city where women with good reviews are to be found. Really.

Click on the 'Reviews' button up top.
Choose 'Search Reviews' at the left side.
Go down to 'Provider's Contact Information' and fill in the Area Code box using the area code(s) most prevalent in the region you are interested in.
Click on 'Search'.

It will give you a list of provider's that have reviews tied to that area code.

You can further refine your search by filling out the many fields down below to find someone that meets your interests.

search "other" under cities

...the top of the page. Enter the name of your town in the 'search for' box. Change the day range from the default 30 to 300 or more.

An area code search will only reveal providers who have a phone with that area code - probably not very many in your area.  A search of your town's name will enable you to find providers who are visiting your area.  

You can also search the name of the largest city near you.  On the 'other cities' board you will find many providers advertising trips to medium and even large cities which do not have their own discussion boards.
