Scent of a freshly showered gentleman with a hint of soap is good.
Strong scent of cologne - not good, just like you wouldn't want her to come in with a strong perfume scent, she doesnt want you to be strong scented either.
If she is open to it, bring a bottle of wine or her favorite drink and the two of you can share a drink together as you get to feeling more comfortable.
Not a good idea to show up with a bunch of drinks, you're not there to get loaded, you're there to get laid. From what I have read, many ladies , if they imbibe in alcohol, prefer some kind of wine. Sometimes you can find out that info in her reviews w/o having to ask.
My date today prefers a particular wine, so I bought a bottle. What I didn't know is if she prefers it chilled or room temp, so I did ask that. All advice you got is good, I would only add that you make sure you have read her website and reviews thoroughly where you know what she does and doesn't like, that is very important. Then treat her as you would any other girl you were spending time with, simply be a gentlemen.
