There is no such thing as a reliable LE check.  It has been said before (many times) but if you end up in the room with a cop, you are probably going to jail.

What is the "LE Check"?  I've never had one, or done one-- at least not that I've recognized as such.  I gather different ladies do it differently.  What's the point?  If I'm seeing only TER-reviewed ladies, and they are checking my references, is it even necessary?  And besides, can't the cops pass the check anyway?

Not that that ever stops them, but whatever.

In general, LE is allowed fairly broad discretion in doing whatever they feel they must to make an arrest.

Whether the fact that they went through with the sex would turn a jury off is something that they have to take under consideration.
