I think it must be something that the girls started agreeing to since being hounded for it by guys too cheap to by an escort session.
I had a pretty low rate for relaxation treatments and it was obviously not an escort session and at the end guys would try to add all sorts of stuff they supposedly thought (hoped) was included.

At least around here.  Typically a HE is a HJ.  I do enjoy a FBSM...  sometimes a practitioner is open to extras including FS, but sure expects an appropriate tip for it.  This is very individual.  I'd not expect anything beyond a HJ.

First, there are the FBSM providers that are more like what we're used to here, and then we have the AMP/MP FBSM.

In general, a HE/HJ is the minimum, though some don't even do that.

I don't get to see my fav AMP gal (see my review of Yoko) often due to her location, and I would take her over many GFE/PSE providers here, even if she wasn't a great value (no BJ or FS offer, but possibly available).

Only do what you are comfortable offering. FBSM was traditionally meant that you will be receiving a full body massage with HJ. However, there are many different variations to this theme. This can differ from state to state, city to city, or even from client to client.
