I've been reading around for a while and after some soul searching decided that I don't really want full service.  Frankly, I think an erotic massage (don't even need a happy ending) by a hot naked woman is what I'm interested in.  Couple of questions:

1.  what's the dividing line between what is legal/illegal?  in some ways I think what i'm looking for is like a lap dance translated to a massage.

2.  does LE give a crap about this type of scene?  I'd think scrutiny would be less than what escorts and AMP receive, but then again I never make assumptions.

1.  A massage therapist cannot get nude in front of you.  That is illegal.

2.  LE will give a crap if there is "yield" in busting places or girls like that.  In a big city like NYC, no one is gonna care about one girl doing this unless it becomes a massive nuisance where guys are coming to her apartment every hour all hours of the night.  That might be different in a rural area.

Massage Parlors...  with a store front & sign...  are visible targets & to be avoided.   It becomes illegal if she takes any clothes off or allows touching or touches you to arrouse.  LMT are considered medical professionals with a code of conduct.  They can not (legally) undress or lock doors or touch you in that way.  Many do risk their license because the money is better.    
Individuals with a low profile, I believe are often ignored my LE...   I think a FBSM (Full Body Sensual Massage) is great fun...  all about me...   It's how I started & I still enjoy it from time to time.  In my area it is less costly than a FS provider.
Now some FBSM providers will offer extras once they get to know you...  but they certainly expect tips to make it worth their while.

When you go to your Chiropractor or a legit vacation resort type spa, are you totally naked? Is she? I don't think so.

ANY touching of the genital area is illegal...end of story. Places like Vegas are a bit more loose with the legalities, but on a whole, you should be draped and she should not be even in lingerie. I've never had a legit LMT only massage, where she was in freaking lingerie.
