Provided on another site which is now a disaster and finally thought i would give TER a chance any help would be helpfull i am not sure what to do or how to post etc. Any suggestions would be helpfull

You've already figured out how to post.
One word of caution: Posting photos has lately been considered a form of advertising and advertising is only allowed on the local boards (See drop down menu over to the left.) and then only once in a seven day period.
You may, however, post comments of interest on various subjects on the appropriate boards that you will also find listed on the left side of your screen.
Many providers find that this is an excellent form of marketing as clients learn about you and may be interested in making your acquaintence, thereby. I personally met providers this way many times.
It's also fun and interesting to join in the discussions.
Now, as for reviews and having a profile: You must get a TER member to write a review of you. (Actually, in practice, TER usually waits until two reviews of a provider are written by reviewers with a history on the board in order to avoid self-reviewing.) The first review will establish your profile and a list of your reviews will then be attached thereto. If you click on the post of various providers on these boards, many will have a button next to their names that will say: "See my reviews" Clicking on this will bring up a page with their profile and reviews. Your profile is determined by the first reviewer, but you can write to TER management to have various aspects of it changed if it is not accurate or you change your services, fees, etc over time.
You can also post a link to any website or advertising page you might have along with any comment you make on the boards. The only proviso is that a TER logo appear on either the first or second page or any such site or ad.
This is how things work in a nutshell, but you can find out more by reading the Newbie Manual that you will find at the top of this page.

As you have probably figured TER is a provider review site, and a neutral place for providers and hobbyists to interact.
As for advertising here you are permitted to post an ad on your local board once a week.
The best advertisement on TER or any other review site though is good reviews.
If you have a website get the TER logo on it and then get is listed under site reviews.
Adding constructive comments to threads is also a way get your name out there also.
BTW: you are a gorgeous woman!!

Goto the site reviews tab at the top of the page. On the left side towards the bottom is a help with listing link..
The newbie board is a good place to start. The men and ladies are friendly and helpful You also might want to check out the porn star board. With your hot looks, I'm sure you'll have no problems tempting the guys... Now if I could only unblur your picture at the bottom, darn.
